Read mail in a web browser
1. Open https://mail.b.hostedemail.com in your browser.
2. Sign in with your full email address and your mailbox password.
3. Your inbox opens. You can read and send mail from there.

iPhone or iPad: Mail
1. Open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts, then Add Account, then Other, then Add Mail Account.
2. Enter your name, your full email address, your mailbox password and a description, then tap Next.
3. Choose IMAP.
4. Incoming mail server (IMAP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
5. Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS. Turn on sign-in for the outgoing server and use the same username and password.
6. Username: your full email address. Password: the one you were given for this mailbox.
7. Tap Next, then Save.

Android: Gmail app
1. Open the Gmail app, tap your picture, then Add another account, then Other.
2. Enter your full email address and tap Next, then choose Personal (IMAP) and enter your mailbox password.
3. Incoming mail server (IMAP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
4. Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS. Turn on sign-in for the outgoing server and use the same username and password.
5. Username: your full email address. Password: the one you were given for this mailbox.
6. Tap Next until the account is added.

Outlook
1. Open Outlook and choose Add account.
2. Enter your full email address, open Advanced options and choose to set up the account manually, then choose IMAP.
3. Incoming mail server (IMAP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
4. Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS. Turn on sign-in for the outgoing server and use the same username and password.
5. Username: your full email address. Password: the one you were given for this mailbox.
6. Choose Connect.

Apple Mail on a Mac
1. Open Mail, choose Mail, then Add Account, then Other Mail Account.
2. Enter your name, your full email address and your mailbox password, then choose Sign In.
3. If it asks for more, choose IMAP.
4. Incoming mail server (IMAP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS.
5. Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS. Turn on sign-in for the outgoing server and use the same username and password.
6. Username: your full email address. Password: the one you were given for this mailbox.
7. Choose Sign In.

Outgoing server sign-in: turn it on, with the same username and password
POP server (optional): mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 995, SSL/TLS. If it will not connect, use IMAP.

If it will not connect
- Check that you typed the whole address, your full email address, as the username. The part before the @ on its own does not work.
- Type the password again. It is case sensitive.
- A message that says "Temporary authentication failure" usually means the mailbox is not set up yet. Wait a little and try again, and ask support if it keeps happening.
- If the POP settings will not connect, use the IMAP settings above.
- If it still will not connect, ask support and tell them which app you are using.
