Overview
Wysova ("Wysova", "we", "us", "our") is a website platform operated by CoreLink Development LLC. We build, host and maintain websites for service businesses, and give each business owner a private dashboard where they edit their site, see their leads and ask us for help.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website (wysova.com), the Wysova dashboard and sign-in service (including auth.wysova.com), and the support we provide to our customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and quote requests. When you fill out a form, request a quote or use our chat, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you write in your message.
- Customer account information. When you become a Wysova customer, we collect the details needed to set up and run your website and account, such as your business name, contact details, the people you add as users, and the content you upload (text, photos, prices, service areas).
- Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Support requests. When you contact support, we keep the messages and any files you send so we can help you.
Information from Google Sign-In
Wysova customers and their team members can sign in to the Wysova dashboard with their Google account. If you choose to do this, Google shares a small amount of information with us, and only after you approve it on Google's consent screen.
We request only Google's basic sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). From Google we receive:
- your name,
- your email address and whether Google has verified it,
- your profile picture, and
- a unique Google account ID.
We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other data in your Google account, and we never receive your Google password.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or dashboard, we collect basic technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location from your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and quote requests.
- To build, host, update and support our customers' websites.
- To create and secure your account and to sign you in.
- To send service messages, such as account notices, security alerts and support replies.
- To bill for our services.
- To improve the performance and security of our website and platform.
- To comply with the law and to protect against fraud and misuse.
How we use information from Google
We use the information we receive from Google Sign-In only to:
- confirm who you are and sign you in to the Wysova dashboard;
- match you to the Wysova account and website you have been given access to;
- show your name and profile picture inside the dashboard; and
- contact you at that email address about your account and our services.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Wysova's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run Wysova, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and customer support tools. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- With the business you are working with. If you send a message or quote request through a website we host for one of our customers, that business receives your message.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, our users or us.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of our company, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
We do not share information received from Google with anyone except as described above, and only to provide and secure the Wysova service.
How we store and protect your information
Your information is stored on secured servers in the United States. All connections to our website, dashboard and sign-in service are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to the people and systems that need it to run and support the service.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize the personal information tied to it, including information received from Google, unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also remove Wysova's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying to the message. We may still send you service messages about your account.
- You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie settings.
Websites we host for our customers
Wysova hosts websites for other businesses. Each of those businesses decides what information its website collects from its own visitors and is responsible for its own privacy policy. We process that information on their behalf to run their website.
Children's privacy
Wysova is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and we will notify customers of any significant changes.
